Latest Hospital Policy Regarding Covid-19

We are still open regular hours to help your pets!  Effective tonight we are operating on a revised protocol based on the State Veterinary Board’s recommendations and for the continued safety of our staff and clients which will not allow owners to enter the building except to hand off their pet to a staff member after checking in via phone.  Please call ahead when possible or e-book your appointment to enter your contact information and to make us aware of your reason for visit and pet’s history.

If your pet is not in stable condition please make us aware of that immediately so our team can be ready to meet you upon arrival.  We will do everything possible to provide the highest level of care and communicate with you via phone through your pet’s visit, please make sure to provide us with a reliable contact phone number so we can facilitate your visit.

We will be providing estimates, diagnostic recommendations and results, discharging patients and collecting payment for services via phone in order to observe social distancing as much as possible.  Thank you for your understanding during these challenging times.  VetUrgency is proud to be able to remain open to support our community!
